Dragon's Blood Jasper and Peridot Sterling Silver Necklace

The only place to find Dragon's Blood Jasper is Western Australia. Despite having a similar name and look, it should not be mistaken with the South African crystal known as Dragonstone. In an iron ore mine, Dragon's Blood Jasper was first extracted for use as an ornamental stone. Currently, it is also obtained from adjacent mines that specialize in producing ornamental stones like Mookaite and Dragon's Blood Jasper. The only enhancements to Dragon's Blood Jaspers are cutting and polishing.

Peridot is a greenish-yellow gemstone that ranges in hue from full green to green with hints of brown or yellow. Peridot is found in rocks that are low in silica, such as volcanic basalt and pallasitic meteorites. Peridot is one of only two gems known to have formed in molten upper mantle rock rather than the Earth's crust.
